Lexiophiles' Top 100 Language Blogs for 2010

The ICANN has rolled out the first non-Latin TLDs and the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, previously online at <http://www.mcit.gov.eg>, was apparently the first to go online with its new Arabic URL:
